Frequently asked questions when Ordering Memorial Cards from Remember Me

Design proof will always be provided before printing

Choose your preferred template (if you have a specific requirement - you will have the opportunity to let us know when filling out the form after selection)
Complete the form by providing the name of the deceased, their dates and the text/poem.
Email the photo(s) to photos@rememberme.rip

or get in touch for advice on the photo you wish to use

Then ADD TO CART.
When you are ready to pay, proceed by clicking on the trolley icon on the top righthand corner of the page. Click on CHECKOUT. You will then be asked for your email address, Shipping address and Payment details [we accept Debit / Credit Cards/Paypal].
You can review before purchasing.
You will receive a low resolution digital proof to the email address provided within 2-3 days of submitting all information and photo(s).

Any alterations will be carried out on request (up to 3 sets of edits). When everything is perfect and once we get your approval we finalise the files for print.
You can expect delivery of your cards in 5 working days.

If you wish to get your cards sooner let us know and we may be able to request an express delivery.
We stand over every order and guarantee the best quality finish. If there are any issues please get in touch and we’ll do out utmost to rectify it.
