Ordering Memorial Cards Online
1. CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
When you have decided on the design of your memorial card / thank you card e.g.
Bird Design or Hydrangea, choose the QUANTITY from the drop-down menu.
2 – SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS
Complete the form by providing the name of the deceased, their date of birth and
death and the text/poem. Tick the checkboxes to confirm that you are responsible
for the accuracy and spelling of content provided and that you agree to email the photo(s) to photos@rememberme.rip. Then ADD TO CART.
3 – CHECKOUT
When you are ready to pay, proceed by clicking on the trolley icon on the top righthand corner of the page. If you do not need to edit the contents of your basket, click on CHECKOUT. You will then be asked for your email address, Shipping address and Payment details [we accept Debit / Credit Cards/Paypal].
You can review before purchasing.
4. SEND PHOTO/S
Send the photos by email or post for us to scan here for you. See Blog Post for more information on Choosing Photographs for your Memorial Card
4 . REVIEW YOUR CARD
You will receive a low resolution digital proof to the email address provided within 2-3 days of submitting all information and photo(s). Expect delivery within 1 week once the proof has been approved.

Payments are processed securely within Squarespace using Stripe.

€9.50 / Nationwide Delivery (Large Packages)

There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE for Samples / Sympathy Cards / Single Cards

Lost orders
Remember Me is not liable nor responsible for refunding or redelivering lost orders
in situations where the incorrect address was provided at checkout.
RETURNS
All orders are printed with the utmost care and checked before dispatch. On receipt of your order
we request that you check the items as soon as possible. If you are unhappy with the quality
of your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@rememberme.rip .
You will be asked to return orders within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Postage costs for returning items to us cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty or
damaged. We accept returns for faulty/damaged goods within to 30 days.
Errors
We cannot accept returns due to any errors on your behalf (such as misspelled words).
By approving your final proof, you accept full responsibility for the information and layout as shown.
PHOTO ENHANCING /
RE-TOUCHING
Photos can also be restored and repaired if damaged. Images can also be re-touched or enhanced to
improve brightness and colour. Objects or people in the background can be removed or faded
out for the most part. There is an extra charge of €25 for this. You will be provided with a digital
copy of the photo for you to print on request. If you have a photo you can post it and I can do a
high quality scan of it.

DESIGN
Photo Guidelines
Please choose high quality photographs that are sharp and clear with good lighting. We cannot accept low resolution images as unfortunately they will not reproduce well when printed. A few of the Memorial Card Designs have a number of photographs inside which are in black and white. Photographs provided for these cards will be converted from colour to black and white.
Colour Variations
Remember Me cannot guarantee that the colours shown online will be reproduced exactly
on the printed material. The colours seen from this website will partly depend on the
colour reproduction on your computer/device.
We recommended seeing a sample of your preferred card prior to ordering so you can see
the colours and feel the paper and print quality.
Customisation errors
Remember Me is not responsible for identifying, correcting or analysing any spelling, grammar/punctuation or other errors and discrepancies within the text entered by
the client.
Customers are solely responsible for all customisation. Please read through all text and check dates are correct before signing off the digital proof.
Reprints, refunds, credit notes or any other form of compensation will not be issued on the basis of above such errors made by the client while customising any product.

On selected products, a small Remember Me logo may appear on the reverse of printed items.
