MEMORIAL CARDS

It can be difficult to know how many Memorial Cards and Acknowledgement Cards to order. Usually it is a good idea to over estimate between 5-10 cards. But don’t worry as it’s no problem to re-order a small amount (Minimum 20). Just get in touch and we can organise a re-print for delivery within 4-5 days.

Yes, if you require your Memorial Cards by a certain date we can prioritise this for you and process your order immediately and request an express delivery to speed up the turnaround time for you. If you can supply us with your finished copy and photos this will save time at the proofing stage.

All our templates have been carefully and professionally designed. Generally it is not recommended to change the layout of the card, however if you would like to use a layout from one card on another template we can give you advise on this. Minor alterations to the template can be made. If you require more extensive changes there may be an extra charge for this service. If you have your own ideas for a particular design please get in touch and we can discuss bespoke design options.

Once your order is placed and we receive all copy and images required for the card, we carefully create a design proof which will be emailed to you. If you wish to alter the layout we will advise and suggest the best design solution for you.

We supply a digital proof which will be emailed to you. If you require a printed proof there will be an extra charge  of €7.50 for this service.

While all screens vary and are not a true representation of a photo when printed. These are two completely different formats. We will check the quality of all photos that are supplied to us and advise on quality issues and recommend solutions.

If the card is not scored and folded perfectly this would be considered a poor quality finish. Please contact us and we will try to resolve it without delay.

If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of the print finish get in touch by telephone or email to let us know the problem. We expect a very high quality printed card and if there are any issues with your order we will aim to rectify this immediately.

We will use copy/text supplied for the card and it is your responsibility to check for any errors in the text. 

By approving your final proof, you accept full responsibility for the information and layout as shown.
